If you live in Hell’s Kitchen, you know how difficult it is to find a good brunch spot. Luckily, we found The Marshal on one of our weekend walks. The space is small with an outside table available, so a reservation is encouraged to secure a spot especially on the busy weekends. The restaurant feels intimate and homey, with a friendly wait staff. We ordered the stuffed French toast that was loaded with apples, Vermont cream cheese, strawberries and honey ricotta. The side was Esposito Meat Market pork sausage, which if you know meat, you know this is amazing. Our other order was the Smoked Chicken & Hudson Valley Duck Bacon Hash and it was… INCREDIBLE. Loved the hot skillet touch which made crispy pieces around the edges. We would hands down recommend to anyone first trying out the place. You can tell that time went into preparing both of these farm to table dishes and we can’t wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu!
P.S. the twists they add on classic cocktails are REALLY good and created with local ingredients 👌
